EXHIBIT SPACE INFORMATION
123rd Fair - August 26th, 2026 - August 30th, 2026
INSIDE SPACE
- $370 for $37 frontage foot with 10 x 10 booth size
- $45 - Electric Hookup
- Rental - $5 per 8-foot table with chairs
- Climate Controlled Building with Restaurant and Bathrooms
OUTSIDE SPACE
- $32.00 Frontage Foot
- $45 - Electric Hookup
- Canopies - Provide your own or rent a tent - will need to contact Will County Fair office before event to guarantee availability

CURRENT VENDORS
Current vendor contracts will be mailed out in March. If you would like to request adjustments based on last year, please contact the fair office at [email protected] or (708) 258-9359
After receiving your new contract, $100 deposit, non-refundable, with the signed contract is required to hold space and is due 60 days after receiving. Remaining balance is due by June 1, 2026.
A Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing general liability coverage and listing the Will County Fair Association as an additional insured during the time the contract shall be in effect is required to be sent with your final balance by June 1, 2026. If you are a food vendor, you must also supply Business License with Food Handler Certificate.

WEEK OF THE FAIR
SET UP -
Vendors are required to check in at the Fair Office located by the Fine Arts Building before any set up. Will County Fair Association is not responsible for any items brought in by vendor. Free parking outside fairgrounds fence, NO PARKING INSIDE FAIRGROUNDS. We do not furnish ice for vendors.
GATES OPEN -
NORTH - Wednesday - Friday 4:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 AM
EAST (Atrium) - Wednesday 10:00 AM, Thursday - Sunday 9:00 AM
WEST - Wednesday 10:00 AM, Thursday - Sunday 8:00 AM
TAKE DOWN -
We take pride in our fairgrounds, please continue to help us keep it clean. It is the vendors responsibility to remove all items brought into the fairgrounds at the conclusion of the fair well as returning any tables rented. If you leave before the end of the fair, you will not be asked to return.
Subletting space by the exhibitor, sharing or other use of space not specifically authorized by the Will County Fair Association is prohibited. No signs or advertising devices shall be displayed outside of space agreed to or attached to walls. No exhibitor shall use any inflammable items for covering display. No controversial items, fireworks, smoke bombs, sparklers, switchblades, knives, bongs, designer knockoffs can be given out, sold or advertised. No exhibitor is allowed to sell any type of raffle throughout the fair. If the exhibitor chooses to not follow these rules, items will be confiscated and exhibitor will be removed from the fair. No refund will be given. INDEPENDENT CONCESSIONAIRES CONTRACT MUST SAY “It is unlawful for a child sex offender to knowingly operate, manage, be employed by, or be associated with any county fair when persons under age of 18 are present”.
