All animals must be owned and show by exhibitor.
If showing in Open Class - must be shown by same Exhibitor Cannot show same birds in Junior & Open Class
Arrival of Animals - Birds to be Cooped Tuesday of Fair after 6:00 PM Must be in Show Coops by Wednesday of Fair by 8:00 AM
Must have Band Numbers to Enter. One Band per Bird. Must show Band Number on Coop Card. All birds must be seamless banded - others must be banded with a seamless band (split bands may be used).
All birds showing evidence of disease will be barred from show.
Handling of Birds - Only allowed to handle own birds
All exhibitors must supply own feed and water. Shavings provided, exhibitors may clean cages or add shavings as needed.
Wildlife - Pheasants, Quail & Patridge Need to be tested for pullorum typhoid, unless exhibitor is a member of NPIP & in good standing Must furnish own cooping
Substitutions - Must be same sex and color as those entered on the entry blank. Old birds for old birds and young birds for young birds.
Champion - Premium & Rosette each breed at least 10 birds and 2 separate exhibitors Reserve Champion - Premium & Rosette each breed with 20 or more birds and 2 separate exhibitors
Group placings not permitted.
Release of Birds - PA system will announce when animals can be released Sunday of Fair - no early release
