1 Entry per Class Number
8 - 21 years of age or in 3rd grade on or before September 1 of previous year
All work must be original of Exhibitor - not copied or will be disqualified
All entries must be work of Exhibitor, according to rules and regulations, acceptable condition and in good taste or will be disqualified.
Paintings, Drawings, and Miscellaneous - Not Eligible - if larger than 24’’ x 24’’ including frame
No paint by number, stamped oil or watercolor paintings are eligible.
Photos - mounted on cardboard (no larger than 14’’ tall x 28’’ wide) No Picture Stands, Frames (Metal, Plastic, etc)
Handicraft -
original craft made by Exhibitor from scratch
Kit -
finished project where craft was purchased
Entries which have won 1st in this department of previous Will County Fairs are not eligible to compete
Work done in the past two years eligible if in good condition. Entries which have been soiled by use on exhibition elsewhere will not be judged.
