<p>For babies 6 months to 36 months -<br><strong>A Certified Birth Certificate (or copy of) is required from county of birth. A Souvenir Certificate from a hospital Will Not Be Accepted. A certified county birth certificate can be obtained from the county clerks office from which the baby was born.</strong></p>

<li>Baby Show entries made in person at the Fair Office will be accepted, July 25, 2025, through August 23, 2025. An entry fee of $1.00, and birth certificate (or copy of, please read rule #3 regarding the birth certificate) is required. Also, Baby Show entries may be mailed beginning, July 25, 2025, to the Will County Fair Secretary, P.O. Box 578, Peotone, Illinois 60468-0578, through Wednesday, August 20, 2025. Please enclose child’s name, date of birth, copy of birth certificate, parents name and address, phone number, entry fee of $1.00 and a self-addressed stamped envelope so a copy of the completed entry form can be returned to you.</li>



<li>ENTRIES CLOSE at 8:00 p.m. C.S.T., AUGUST 23, 2025. NOTHING WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SUNDAY, AUGUST 24, 2024, the day of the Baby Show, since the books will be in the hands of the officials.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">CURRENT VENDORS</h2>



<p>Current vendor contracts will be mailed out in March. If you would like to request adjustments based on last year, please contact the fair office at WCFoffice@willcountyfair.org or (708) 258-9359</p>



<p>To Guarantee your Space - a signed contract, $100 deposit, <em>non-refundable</em>, returned by June 1st</p>



<p>Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing general liability coverage and listing the Will County Fair Association as an additional insured during the time the contract shall be in effect is required to be sent with your final balance. </p>



<p>Food Vendors - need to supply Temporary Event Permit through Will County Health Department and Certificate of Insurance (COI) along with signed contract and payment</p>



<p>Vendor Fees are subject to a yearly price increase</p>

<p>We are always looking for new vendors. Contact the office at WCFoffice@willcountyfair.org or (708) 258-9359 to let us learn more about you as a vendor. Current Vendors have until June 1st to confirm spots for upcoming fair. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">WEEK OF THE FAIR</h2>



<p><strong>SET UP -</strong><br>Vendors are <em>required to check in</em> at the Fair Office, located by the Fine Arts Building, before any set up. Will County Fair Association is not responsible for any items brought in by vendor. Free parking outside fairgrounds fence, NO PARKING INSIDE FAIRGROUNDS after 10:00 AM each Fair Day.</p>

<p><strong>TAKE DOWN -</strong><br>We take pride in our fairgrounds, please continue to help us keep it clean. It is the vendor's responsibility to remove all items brought into the fairgrounds at the conclusion of the fair well as return any tables rented. If you leave before the end of the fair, you will not be asked to return.</p>
