An entry fee of $1.00, and birth certificate (or copy of, please read rule #3 regarding the birth certificate) is required. Also, Baby Show entries may be mailed beginning, July 25, 2025, to the Will County Fair Secretary, P.O. Box 578, Peotone, Illinois 60468-0578, through Wednesday, August 20, 2025. Please enclose child’s name, date of birth, copy of birth certificate, parents name and address, phone number, entry fee of $1.00 and a self-addressed stamped envelope so a copy of the completed entry form can be returned to you.</li>



<li>ENTRIES CLOSE at 8:00 p.m. C.S.T., AUGUST 23, 2025. NOTHING WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SUNDAY, AUGUST 24, 2024, the day of the Baby Show, since the books will be in the hands of the officials.</li>

The Will County Fair Board of Directors would like to extend an enormous amount of gratitude to our many wonderful volunteers, fairgoers, exhibitors, donors, and vendors who make this fair amazing every year.

ENTRY SUBMISSIONS Any entry needs to be brought into the office at 710 S. West Street, Peotone, IL or can be mailed. 



Entries will start on Friday, July 24th at 9:00 AM - Monday, August 3rd at 5:00 PM. Entries need to be postmarked by Monday, August 3rd. We are NOT able to accept late entries.



Baby Show entries will close at 8:00 PM on Saturday, August 22nd. Please read all rules, especially regarding birth certificates.
