Entries can be brought in the Main Exhibit Building Tues., Aug. 19 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wed., Aug. 20 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Sharp! - Building closes at 9:00 a.m. for judging.
Sunday, August 24th the Fine Arts building will close at 7:00 p.m. The building will then re-open once the entries are prepared for pickup, and will remain open until 9:00 p.m. Fine Arts exhibitors will enter/exit through the North gate on Sunday to pick up exhibits.
ENTRIES WHICH HAVE WON 1ST PREMIUMS IN THIS DEPARTMENT OF PREVIOUS WILL COUNTY FAIRS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE.
ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE SUITABLE FOR DISPLAY IN SHOWCASE.
Diligence will be used by the Officers of the Board to prevent injury to articles on exhibition (displays have been secured), but they will not be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur. Exhibitor is limited to one entry per class number. Entry tag must be fastened to the article.
Displays must be fastened so it can be upright in showcase.
Size of Display must not be larger than 24 inches by 15 inches and no higher than 28 inches.
Exhibitors, superintendents, and judges please adhere to rule above. List year on the entry tag.
