Please make sure to read all rules and regulations before printing your entry form. The entry forms must be filled out completely (including social security number), and signed before being mailed or brought to the fair office. EMAILED ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The fair office will be accepting entries

9:00a.m – 5:00 p.m., Friday July 29, 2011
8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Saturday July 30, 2011
9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday August 1, 2011 – Thursday August 4, 2011
9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Friday August 5, 2011

ALL ENTRIES (EXCEPT Q & V) CLOSE ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 5, 2011.
All entries mailed (excluding baby show, please be sure to read all rules regarding the baby show.) must be post marked by August 5, 2011.

The exhibitor assumes full responsibility and will hold harmless the Will County Fair Association, its officers, directors, and employees for any injury, damage to or loss of any exhibit.
